If UCS-2BE is a BMP subset of UTF-16BE, UCS2-BE should be implemented differently from UTF-16BE (at least, we should not select it by select-safe-conding-system on saving a buffer that contains non-BMP characters). --- Kenichi Handa handa@m17n.org
