The *Completions* buffer for setting coding systems had some duplicate
entries included visible here in this snippet:
utf-7-unix utf-8
utf-8 utf-8-dos
utf-8-dos utf-8-mac
utf-8-mac utf-8-unix
utf-8-unix utf-8-ws
utf-8-ws-dos utf-8-ws-mac
utf-8-ws-unix vietnamese-viqr
