And since leim-list.el uses eval-after-load very early during startup, it means that help-fns.el gets unconditionally loaded during startup (before we even read .emacs). All I see are calls to register-input-method, which does not seem to call eval-after-load. An unintended consequence of the recent change to load-history is that eval-after-load now uses locate-library, which happens to be autoloaded from help-fns.el. We should change something there.
