Emacs Italian TUTORIAL update for the new Emacs release

Hello,

I am writing this message to "emacs-devel" in response to a request 
made by Marcelo Toledo who kindly asked me to provide a slightly 
modified Italian language tutorial.  The patch attached to this message 
contains the string to be added, i.e. the one which shall appear on the 
splash screen of future versions of Emacs.

For any further requests please CC me since I am not a subscriber of

There was a misunderstanding.  I don't want to change the files in
this way.  I decided on a different solution which in fact does not
require any change in TUTORIAL.it.
