Has anyone investigated this? It doesn't appear so.
Could someone please debug it?

This feature seems to have stopped working...
My minibuffer-prompt-properties is set to:
(face minibuffer-face)
... and the minibuffer-face is set to be yellow and bold... yet its
still the default color.
Any ideas? I tried to switch to the " *Minibuffer 0*" buffer but by the
time I did the switch it was blank. Is it still possible to switch to
this buffer?
I was going to do a 'show-text-properties' to see if the properties were
even being set in the first place.
