rms on 2003-06-03 deleted the C-M-delete and C-M-backspace keybindings.
why?
So that users would not be led to type C-M-backspace and kill their X
server. It is a pitfall.
This binding is only used by people who are advanced enough to make
their own bindings. If you find this binding useful, set it up in
your .emacs file.
