This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
not to your local site managers!
Please write in English if possible, because the Emacs maintainers
usually do not have translators to read other languages for them.
Your bug report will be posted to the emacs-pretest-bug@gnu.org mailing list.
Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
I took the latest cvs emacs from March 5, 2003 and found the following
problem: UI Dialogs in a _motif_ configured emacs are not recognized
under _Windowmaker_ WM. No problems under other window managers and
also no problem with the default configured emacs.
How to reproduce the problem:
$ emacs -q --no-site-file
Insert into *scratch* buffer the following and evaluate it:
(setq confirm-kill-emacs 'y-or-n-p)
Now try to close emacs with the closing button ('x'). Pressing 'Yes'
or 'No' in the displayed dialog has no effect. Workaround is to
close the displayed dialog with the closing button ('x') and then
close emacs via keyboard.
Harald
