If someone finds a way to reproduce it, that might enable some Windows user to debug this. I'm forced to work on this crappy windows NT, does anyone have any ideas? You can switch to a free operating system if you want. It just depends on how important freedom is to you. If you are like most Americans, you don't really care much about freedom and won't make a large effort to gain freedom. Then you might tell yuourself that you are "forced" to use Windows.
