The main feature that I have added is machine code level debugging. Breakpoints
can be set at addresses and icons are displayed.
It is a useful feature.
2) Is it possible to change Emacs to have more than one overlay arrow
(buffer-local) ? Would this be difficult ?
I am sure we can do it if that is the best way to handle this.
However, maybe you can do it using display margins without changing
the C code.
