OK, this fixes the problem. As given in the e-mail linked above, the
patch won't apply because of word wrapping on the web server and some
whitespace issues, but once that's fixed it worked for me with the
current version 22 branch.

patch applied here: http://aquamacs.org/nightlies.shtml (please
