I did a trunk pull of emacs bzr today (Sept 14, 2012= ) and did a full build on Ubuntu Server 12.04LTS in a VM after doing an = 216;apt-get build-dep emacs’.  When I run emacs using the Cygwin= X server for display on my windows host, every time I do an M-x on an un-maximized window the window shrinks by 1 row in size.=
