* lisp/progmodes/typescript-ts-mode.el(typescript-ts-mode): Add operator
to treesit-font-lock-feature-list in typescript-ts-mode.

Bug: `typescript-ts-mode` defines `operator` font-locking feature but
doesn't add
it to `treesit-font-lock-feature-list`.
