Evaluating the form "(byte-compile '(= (point)))" gives the
warning "reference to free variable ‘form’", starting from this

Better compilation of n-ary comparisons
Is there a missing comma in "`(progn (cadr form) t))" in
byte-opt--nary-comparison in the case of 1 argument?
