I'd be very grateful if someone can review my patch to add support for curly quotes to electric-pair-mode, at:

​It's very simple, and the latest version integrates with the new electric-quote-chars defcustom.

(I have also patched the third-party smart-quotes package to be compatible with electric-pair-mode.)
