Hi Nicolas,
I see that the org-e-beamer fails to use the beamer class when
case-fold-search is set to t in custom-set-variables. So the header
looks like this:
% Created 2012-07-24 Tue 18:20
\documentclass[11pt]{article}
instead of
% Created 2012-07-24 Tue 18:20
\documentclass[presentation]{beamer}
Thanks,

Sorry, I wrote the complete opposite! I see the bug when
case-fold-search is set to nil, *not* t.

I'm not sure to understand. Could you show me an ECM? Also, please
include `org-e-latex-classes' value.
Thank you.

I did some more testing, this only happens with subtree export with
org-e-beamer. Try to export the top level tree in the attached org file
with org-e-beamer like this: M-: (org-e-beamer-export-to-LaTeX t) RET.
This works with case-fold-search set to t, however setting it to nil
makes it export with the following header:
% Created 2012-07-25 Wed 00:40
\documentclass[11pt]{article}
This is the value of my org-e-latex-classes:
(("beamer" "\\documentclass[presentation]{beamer}"
("\\section{%s}" . "\\section*{%s}")
("\\subsection{%s}" . "\\subsection*{%s}")
("\\subsubsection{%s}" . "\\subsubsection*{%s}"))
("article" "\\documentclass[11pt]{article}"
("\\section{%s}" . "\\section*{%s}")
("\\subsection{%s}" . "\\subsection*{%s}")
("\\subsubsection{%s}" . "\\subsubsection*{%s}")
("\\paragraph{%s}" . "\\paragraph*{%s}")
("\\subparagraph{%s}" . "\\subparagraph*{%s}"))
("report" "\\documentclass[11pt]{report}"
("\\part{%s}" . "\\part*{%s}")
("\\chapter{%s}" . "\\chapter*{%s}")
("\\section{%s}" . "\\section*{%s}")
("\\subsection{%s}" . "\\subsection*{%s}")
("\\subsubsection{%s}" . "\\subsubsection*{%s}"))
("book" "\\documentclass[11pt]{book}"
("\\part{%s}" . "\\part*{%s}")
("\\chapter{%s}" . "\\chapter*{%s}")
("\\section{%s}" . "\\section*{%s}")
("\\subsection{%s}" . "\\subsection*{%s}")
("\\subsubsection{%s}" . "\\subsubsection*{%s}")))
I hope I gave enough info.
Thanks,

Ok, it should be fixed now. Thank you for the detailed report.

Hi Nicolas,
Apologies for the extremely delayed response. I have an impending
deadline and it was difficult to find the time to test again.
