I believe this is a long-term plan wrt core packages.=C2=A0 It was even
discussed a couple of times here.

The search function for the emacs-devel ar= chive is still broken.=C2=A0 For example, the first result (in chronologica= l ordering) for "concurrency" is from 2020.
