The --no-build-details should be fixed in all platforms on emacs-26 as
of Feb 8th [1: 19fa6d561a], and on master as of the 9th [3:
875cb835f0].
The --title=title bug for macOS is still outstanding (I don't see that
problem on GNU/Linux, or w32).
