Variables defined with `defvar-local', as in
(defvar-local foo nil "A local foo")
do not currently appear in the imenu index of Emacs Lisp Mode.
Since defvar-local is just a shortcut for `defvar` and
`make-variable-buffer-local`, I think that they should appear in the
imenu index just like other variables.
