I found Emacs does not have `inf-php` built-in. I'm trying to write a
plugin `ob-php` https://github.com/stardiviner/ob-php/issues/1 But the
command line `php` does not have proper option for `org-babel-eval`. So I
think should consider use `inf-php`.
Just ask.
