I'm Using KDE 4.8.5 in Fedora 17. My configuration removes the scroll
bar, tool bar and menu bar. When I try to maximize Emacs, it occupies
99% of the screen, but I still see the desktop in the remaining
edges. This bug doesn't seem to happen when the toolbar, scroll bar and
menu bar are displayed.
