Agreed, not the highest priority. Just wanted to get the suggestion on the
record.
Further embellishments: in the initial buffer setting up the rename it
might help to be able to say only edit if
[] Line length now exceeds <threshold>
[] Rename precedes an end of line comment
Again, very low priority but UI ideas just the same.
