using emacs to grap and file or store a resorce

How can I use emacs to grab something like a utube video or a web page 
url and then save it in emacs. preferably within a resource that lets me 
also organize these resorces?

idk what a resource is.

but if you use org, there is org-protocol, which can be tricky to set
up and understand, but allows such things as the org-capture extension
for firefox.  which sets it up for you.

For me a resource is a picture present on a webpage presented in eww-mode. Something I’d like to have is a way to transfer to the Download folder the resource.
