When writing tables in org-mode I understand that I can use the <N> syntax
to specify the column width what I can't seem to get working is I would
like to fill the text in the column so that it wraps rather than just hides
the text. So if I use something like Meta-q on a column with large amounts
of text in it it will give me a nice n-wide column. Is that possible?

Thanks
Jim
