bug#59650: 29.0.50; Eshell: Non-idempotent behavior of undefined commands

Thanks for this recipe, this is exactly what I wanted, as simply setting
eshell-bad-command-tolerance to 0 does not work.

I am closing this bug, although I would consider
disabling 'eshell-fix-bad-commands a configuration request :)
