Is there something I can do to help with the process = of solving this problem?
Also do you think that this will solved = in the next release?

The ELisp manual says:

=C2=A0 =C2=A0 =C2=A0Some language environments modify the case conversions = of ASCII
=C2=A0 characters; for example, in the Turkish language environment, the AS= CII
=C2=A0 capital I is downcased into a Turkish dotless i (=E2=80=98=C4=B1=E2= =80=99).=C2=A0 This can
=C2=A0 interfere with code that requires ordinary ASCII case conversion, su= ch
=C2=A0 as implementations of ASCII-based network protocols.=C2=A0 In that c= ase, use
=C2=A0 the =E2=80=98with-case-table=E2=80=99 macro with the variable ASCII-= CASE-TABLE, which
=C2=A0 stores the unmodified case table for the ASCII character set.

I guess we need to use this around forms that implement network
protocols.=C2=A0 At least this doesn't seem to help:

=C2=A0M-: (with-case-table ascii-case-table (eww "https://www.google.c= om.tr")) RET
