I guess net/rlogin.el should be obsoleted. It has a pretty bad name (no
one uses rlogin these days) and seems to add nothing useful over
e.g. `M-x shell RET ssh <foo>'.

How about we just remove it? I know it defaults to using ssh these
days, but we just shouldnʼt mention the r* commands anywhere.

Obsoletion is a nice process -- it avoids breaking people's .emacs files
in the unlikely case they're using rlogin.el.

We don't remove stuff before we obsolete it and let users adapt
themselves (or holler).
