In the `M-x describe-package` buffer, it useful to have a new field
"Last Released", to easily see how actively a package is developed
and/or maintained.
You can see that information on the GNU ELPA pages, but it's not there
in the `archive-contents` file. I'd suggest adding that on GNU/NonGNU
ELPA, and then it'd be a small order to also show it in Emacs.
