I will look into this. I have one question though: If the package is included in ELPA, are there any restrictions as to the frequency of updates? Is it as simply as pushing a change to source repository and it'll be automatically updated in ELPA, or is there some process I have to go though when pushing a new version? I'd be very happy to add an APL-mode to GNU ELPA.
For that, we mostly need the code's copyright to be assigned.
If that's OK with you, then please fill the form below and email to the=
FSF as instructed so they can send you the relevant paperwork to sign.
