Hi,

Here's an alpha release of code formatting for Java using semantic lexer.
It aims to format according to Oracle Java conventions. This image
<https://imgur.com/a/fjVVjgZ> shows a side-by-side comparison of Emacs
formatting vs custom formatting.

Patches are welcome.
