Subject: `whitespace-line-column' is off by one

Hi!
The documentation for `whitespace-line-column' says that it’s used to
“specify column beyond which the line is highlighted”. In fact, the
column specified is included, so it’s not quite “beyond”. Inside
`whitespace-color-on', rem should be (+ 1 rem) inside the call to
`format'.
