I want to write itemizations like so: =E2=80=A2 First =E2=80=A2 Second =E2=80=A2 Third I have added "[ \t]*=E2=80=A2 " to paragraph-start and now I want fill-paragraph to leave the three spaces following =E2=80=98=E2=80=A2=E2=80= =99 alone (the normal operation being that =E2=80=9C=E2=80=A2 First=E2=80=9D gets replac= ed by =E2=80=9C=E2=80=A2 First=E2=80=9D. I looked at fill-region-as-paragraph and it seems that the SQUEEZE-AFTER parameter may be of use, but I can=E2=80=99t quite see any way of getting t= o it. Any ideas?
