Hi there!

The maintainer of Eglot (https://github.com/joaotavora/eglot) wants
contributors to assign copyright to the FSF.

I have no problem with that (and that's definitely the smart thing for him
to want), but neither do I remember the procedure (I have assigned the
copyright for my changes to Guile to the FSF, but that was like 15(?) years
ago).  Directions welcome.
