Subject: [PATCH] More fix for loading SQLite extensions
* src/sqlite.c (sqlite3_db_config): Load from the dylib.
(Fsqlite_load_extension): rely on the SQLITE_DBCONFIG_ENABLE_LOAD_EXTENSION
existence.
