I changed quite a bit of the logic, so please do look out for regressions. Things we do now: - '=C3=A4' matches 'a=CC=88' - 'a=CC=88' matches '=C3=A4' - 'a' matches both of them - 'ff' matches '=EF=AC=80' - '=EF=AC=80' does NOT match 'ff'. This is by choice, because the decomposition of '=EF=AC=80' is actually (compat f f). We can change this choice if desired. - `case-fold-search' is respected.
