The shipped theme "manoj-dark" sets the scale of
"font-lock-function-name" to 1.1, which breaks the code layout.

(I'm going through old bug reports that have unfortunately gotten no
responses yet.)

Altering the height of a face like that (that's used in so many
contexts) doesn't seem reasonable, so I've now removed that scale from
the face in Emacs 27.
