And, as Eli already pointed out, for most Emacs users there *is* only
a single init file. It's only if you want to do advanced programming
that you need to use the second one, which need not exist at all.
That sounds fine. When I mentioned 'package-initialize', I meant that users of packages who would call that in their init files should not need to have a second init file just to use packages and have them load properly.
