​Bingo.  It doesn't really look like any effort was put into building a web
interface that would work for people who have used any other issue trackers
in the past.  It should at least have a google-like search field that lets
one quickly search for bugs based on subject line, bug id or the full text
of discussions, so one does not have to master any field-based searching
initially.

And maybe server request processing speed could be increased for queries
that return hundreds or a few thousand records.
