This works for me on version 8.0-pre
#+attr_html: :width 100%
[[image.svg]]
Are you using the new exporter or old? I believe the old syntax would have been:
#+attr_html width="100%"
[[image.svg]]
But try with and without quotes (I can't check for the old exporter
syntax on my setup anymore... well, I /could/ but that's a lot of
work!).
