The problem is= about folding/unfolding the R chunks. Moreover a lot of problem are generat= ed by the $ character. It has very different function in R and in LaTeX. Inf= act AUCTeX recognize the $ as the biginning point of the math mode so the co= de could not be processed by R. In particular this last problem do not let m= e compile the Sweave file.
