Make bootstrap and make report both:

	emacs:0:Pure Lisp storage overflow (approx. 1196253 bytes needed)

New Emacs, when launched with -Q, warns:

	Warning (initialization): Building Emacs overflowed pure space.   
(See the node Pure Storage in the Lisp manual for details.)
