Subject: bug#13266: 24.3.50; no doc for `line-move'
Date: Mon, 24 Dec 2012 07:23:16 -0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <BB3A0DDEAE9649AEBE33F4D85908D327@us.oracle.com> (raw)

This _user option_ is explained in terms of `line-move'. You cannot
understand this without understanding what `line-move' does.
But there is no doc for `line-move'. Please add a doc string for it.
And why not document it in the Elisp manual? `line-move-ignore-visible'
is documented there. And `forward-line' is documented there. Why be so
skimpy wrt informing users about `line-move', on which visual line mode
and other things are based?
