Cannot build emacs without x

I have trouble building emacs without x.  It is configured with

  CFLAGS="-g -g3 -gdwarf-2" ./configure --without-x

and the build process fails with

Yes, this is a known problem, reported a few days ago.  Handa-san
promised to work on it soon.
