Neither represents the 23.1.92 pretest, AFAIK. The former says:

  GNU Emacs 23.1.91.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
   of 2010-01-02 on PRETEST

Yidong announced the 23.1.92 pretest on 2010/01/29.
