Hi,

I've managed to write my change-frame-color-based-on-release function.

I ultimately used the post-command-hook (as recommended in the archive of
this list) and it works -- at least some of the time.

I do, however, have a bug that causes an emacs lisp (error), which causes
the hook to be set to NIL (and never reset).

Since I'm not generally expecting colors to change all over, I don't notice
when the error occurs.

I don't find anything in the *Messages* buffer.

Can anyone give advice about reliable post-command-hook debugging
techniques?

Thanks.

,Doug
