Subject: bug#6460: Documentation `define-key's DEF arg does not provide description of the `remap' feature
Date: Fri, 18 Jun 2010 16:44:47 -0400 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <AANLkTin2Q4yM-21cD4yQ_mKXHV4GxCZB2JN2OUMxMzCF@mail.gmail.com> (raw)
Documentation of `define-key's DEF arg does not provide description of
the `remap'
feature e.g. how one can accomplish:
(define-key '<SOME-MAP> [remap <SOME-COMMAND>] '<SOME-OTHER-COMMAND>)
Likewise, the docs should present an explicit link to the manual describing the
`remap' feature e.g.:
(See info node `(elisp)Remapping Commands'.)
