Subject: bug#6522: 24.0.50; The help character
Date: Sun, 27 Jun 2010 21:56:04 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <AANLkTimyUdG1M-xSzCgWJiAFHDas4S791jL8erRfrGUq@mail.gmail.com> (raw)

Package: emacs
Version: 24.0.50
Tags: patch
Severity: minor

When you hit C-h C-h in Emacs, you get this:

"You have typed C-h, the help character. Type a Help option:"

I think "the help character" should be changed to something more
appropriate, such as "the help key". While "the help key" is not
completely accurate either for C-h (but is for <f1>) it is better than
calling <f1> or C-h characters.
