Building CEDET on Windows with Emacs 24.0.50.1

I'm trying to set up CEDET for the Windows build of Emacs from 2011-01-17:

GNU Emacs 24.0.50.1 (i386-mingw-nt6.1.7600) of 2011-01-17 on 3249CTO

I followed the instructions in cedet-build.el, tried both:
emacs -Q -l cedet-build.el -f cedet-build
...and....
M-x eval-buffer
M-x cedet-build-in-default-emacs
...but both of these methods generated errors.

In the compile log I see this:

Then it all just stops.

Any ideas?
