I was wondering if Emacs users based in Japan would be interested in meeting from time to time ?

Ask on gmane.emacs.w3m.
Emacs-w3m is a Japanese project. They should
have a good grip on the whole scene, I think.
Or if you prefer mail:

Hi.
Maybe there are many Emacs communities,
emacs-jp is the most active Emacs community
in Japan, I know.
site: emacs-jp.github.io
slack: emacs-jp.slack.com
In past days, some meeting events were talked about in
the 'event' channel on this slack's workspace.
Regards.
