No. It's simple - provided `C-h' brings up help on Isearch, including a list of the key bindings. A user just needs to expect that `C-h' after a key such as `C-s' might show key bindings, just as it does for prefix keys. S?he will then be pleasantly surprised to see that in the case of Isearch `C-h' shows not only the keys but also a description of Isearch, with descriptions of the important features, including the important keys. `C-h' should be the starting place, in general. For the help commands, of course, but also for prefix keys and modes that use the minibuffer or, modes like Isearch, that seem to use the minibuffer.
