when using tabbar-mode, i noticed that sometimes it slows down cursor
movement significantly.
for example, i have my keyboard repeat rate set to max in OS, so i can
hold arrow up or down and quickly move about. (e.g. the key for
forward-word)
however, i noticed that sometimes it becomes super slow recently. i.e.
holding down arrow, cursor disappear for half a sec and show up
elsewhere. Turning off tabbar-mode seems to solve the problem.
this happend with anyone?
can't imagine why tabbar-mode would slow things down.
am using:

(defconst tabbar-version "2.0")
